Owned and operated by Pawleys Island locals, the Pawleys Island Coffee Company was born from our two loves: coffee and community. As coffee lovers, our passion for finding the best brew led us to perfecting our own. Bringing locally inspired small batch specialty blends, we are committed to quality - from source, to roast, to your cup. Proud to be among a small but growing group of female coffee roasters, we bring the finest flavors in every batch. Who We Are
It all started with a simple conversation amongst mother and daughter, Sheila Ellison and Kinsey Besser. Both fueled by coffee each and every day, they decided that together they could create a delicious product that pays homage to the Pawleys Island community that shaped them both. They brought in Sheila’s coffee-connoisseur husband, Scott Ellison, and collectively the trio has found passion in the process, and pride in the product.
